ACAP Financial Inc. has developed a detailed Business Continuity Plan which address the possibility of a Significant Business Disruption. The following is a summary of that detailed plan.

ACAP Financial Inc. major goal is to provide customers prompt access to their funds and securities. We have considered a wide scope of Business Disruption scenarios, and believe our plan in all cases accomplishes our goal.

ACAP Financial Inc. has branch offices located through-out the United States and can switch control operations to a remote office in a relatively short time frame away from any Significant Business Disruption.

ACAP Financial Inc. believes our Business Continuity Plan is sound and well crafted, but we cannot anticipate every possible scenario, and the plan will be monitored and updated on a regular basis.
